ZINC: BRUGAL® BC Series

Film Forming passivation of high anticorrosive protection. Products specially designed for zinc electroplated surfaces, being as well effective indeed onto brass, zinc and cadmium alloys.

Characteristics
- Liquid and water borne product (Solvent free)
- Non rinse process
- Cr⁺⁶ based product, but all Cr⁺⁶ can be reduced to Cr⁺³ after curing. So, there are not Cr⁺⁶ on the surface.
- Colourless and coloured versions are available.
  - Colourless version (BRUGAL BC 608) maintains original colour of the passivation.
  - Coloured version (BRUGAL BC 609) offers a decorative aspect or reinforce the colour of a conventional passivation.
- Appliable by dip spin (centrifugue) in only one step process.

- Adjustable dry lubricity to meet Torque Tension specifications required by car industry.

ZINC: BRUGAL® SELFCOLOR® Series

Film Forming passivation of exceptional corrosion protection. Products specially designed for zinc electroplated surfaces to meet the high anti-corrosion specifications demanded by the automotive industry, obtaining the current passivation colours by reaction.

Characteristics
- Liquid and water borne product (Solvent free).
- Free of Volatil Organic Compounds
- No rinse process.
- Traditional passivation colours are available: black, yellow, olive green and bluish white.
- Applicable by dip spin (centrifugue) in one step process or by rack.

- Resistant to thermal shock.
